This shampoo really helped my scalp. I noticed zero itching after using this shampoo and less oiliness on the scalp. I use a lot of hair sprays so this really helped my scalp and I noticed baby hairs too. Love it

I booked myself in for a Sculptural Face Lifting session with Helen because I wear dental braces and was curious to find out if the Buccal Massage part of the treatment would be able to release the tightness and discomfort in my masseter that I sometimes feel after the monthly adjustments at my orthodontist's.

I was sold after my first session with Helen! The effect of the intra-oral massage was immediate. The muscles in my jaws have never felt so relaxed and light in ages.

And the Sculptural Face Lifting, which makes up a big part of the 90-minute session, is a bonus. A fantastic workout for other muscles in my face.

The protocol for newbies to this treatment is six sessions, once every fortnight. After which, they can be tapered off to once a month. I've done three of the first six fortnightly session and I wish I had known about Helen's magic fingers earlier.

Love the texture, it is rich but not oily when applied. Smells great too and skin feels smooth and soft for prolonged periods. Only a small amount is required each time
