3. SAFETY, ALLERGY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Product Use & Allergies
Our products may contain natural ingredients such as herbs, essential oils, and botanical extracts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use.
We recommend:
- performing a patch test prior to full use
- consulting a healthcare professional if you have known allergies or sensitivities
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

4. APPOINTMENTS POLICY
4.1 Booking
All treatments are strictly by appointment only and subject to availability.
4.2 Late Arrival
Clients are required to arrive on time.
If you are late:
- your treatment may be shortened, or
- your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion
Full charges remain payable, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
4.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
4.4 No-Show
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show.
A no-show is considered a completed session, and full charges may apply.
4.5 Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
- refuse service
- cancel or reschedule appointments
- reallocate appointment slots if confirmation is not received
5. PACKAGES POLICY
5.1 Validity
All packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Expired sessions are automatically forfeited.
5.2 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All packages are:
- strictly non-refundable
- strictly non-transferable
- not exchangeable for cash or credit
5.3 Usage Terms
Packages must be fully utilised within validity period.
Extensions may be granted only at our discretion and may require supporting documentation.
5.4 Refunds
No refunds will be provided for:
- unused sessions
- change of mind
- partial usage
- dissatisfaction with results
6. PRODUCTS, BACKORDERS & DELIVERY
6.1 Backorders
Backordered items typically require 6–8 weeks for fulfilment.
This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to supplier or logistics delays.
6.2 Cancellation
Backordered items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once an order is placed.
6.3 Combined Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and backorder items will be shipped together once all items are available unless split shipment is requested.
6.4 Split Shipment
One-time split shipment may be arranged:
- Complimentary if each shipment exceeds $60
- Otherwise $6 fee applies per shipment
Self-collection is available at no additional cost.
7. PRICING, PAYMENTS & ERRORS
We reserve the right to:
- change prices without notice
- cancel or refuse orders
- correct pricing or listing errors
All payments must be completed in full before services or products are provided.
8. REFUNDS & RETURNS (GENERAL)
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Returns (where applicable) are limited to store credit or exchange only, subject to conditions stated on our Returns Policy.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless required by law.
9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:
Pure Tincture shall not be liable for any:

Use of all products and services is at the client’s own risk.
