If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for all return costs, including duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.

Returns

Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Strictly no cash refunds. Products purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept exchange or returns for products from brands such as Evolve Organic Beauty, MV Skintherapy, OSEA Malibu, Santaverde, Venn Skincare.

Backorders

Backordered items typically require 6–8 weeks for delivery and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Please proceed only if you are comfortable with the waiting time. Backorders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items will be shipped together once the backordered item arrives. A one-time complimentary split shipment can be arranged if each shipment exceeds $60; otherwise a $6 split shipping fee applies. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like in-stock items shipped first.

Self-collection at our retail stores is also available at no additional charge.
