Pure Tincture Gift Cards are applicable on regular priced products and services only. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, gift cards at promotional price are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. If you wish to buy a gift card for someone else, you would need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
Pure Tincture Gift Card
Pure Tincture Gift Cards with value in Singapore Dollars can only be used for purchases of products and services provided at Pure Tincture stores, or at www.puretincture.com. Pure Tincture Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.
Validity
Regular-priced Gift Card expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
Discounted Gift Card expires 3 months from the date of purchase.
Refunds
No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
Lost or Stolen Pure Tincture Gift Cards
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Pure Tincture Gift Card, contact us at (+65) 9857 7859 or orderpuretinc[at]gmail.com immediately. Pure Tincture Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Card passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Pure Tincture will not be liable for redeemed Gift Cards if they have been stolen.
Limitations
You may not use a Pure Tincture Gift Card to purchase other Pure Tincture Gift Cards or Facial Vouchers. Pure Tincture Gift Cards are not valid for use with other current promotions or discounted items unless otherwise stated.
Pure Tincture Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or cannot be exchanged for cash. Pure Tincture Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Pure Tincture Gift Cards may not be transferred.
Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Pure Tincture Gift Card.
Delivery Information
We are not responsible for Pure Tincture Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient.
Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact us at (+65) 9857 7859 or orderpuretinc[at]gmail.com if the recipient did not receive his/her Pure Tincture Gift Card.
