Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen operational delays.

Delays in processing do not entitle customers to cancellation or refund once the order has been confirmed.


2. LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)

2.1 Delivery Rates

  • Free local delivery for orders over $60
  • $6 delivery fee for orders under $60

2.2 Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery (Monday to Friday) for orders placed before 11:00 AM, subject to availability.

A flat fee of $20 applies for same-day delivery.

Same-day delivery availability may be affected by demand, stock readiness, or operational capacity.


3. IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers may choose free in-store pickup at:

  • Pure Tincture @ Adelphi
  • Pure Tincture @ Tras Street

Please select store pickup at checkout and call us at (+65) 9857 7859 (Adelphi) or (+65) 9105 2345 (Tras Street) before collection.

Store hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Customers must present their order confirmation email upon collection.

Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage limitations at our discretion.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia
  • Indonesia
  • Philippines

4.1 International Delivery Rates & Timelines

Malaysia

  • $10 (orders below $130)
  • Free shipping (orders above $130)
  • Estimated delivery: 4–9 working days

Indonesia

  • $20 (orders below $250)
  • Free shipping (orders above $250)
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days

Philippines

  • $25 (orders below $300)
  • Free shipping (orders above $300)
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (IMPORTANT)

All international orders are subject to customs clearance and import regulations in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Customs Processing Limitation

Once a shipment has entered customs processing in the destination country, it is no longer under the control of Pure Tincture or the courier.

At this stage:

  • the parcel is subject to inspection by customs authorities
  • neither the sender nor courier can cancel, reroute, redirect, or retrieve the shipment
  • we are unable to intervene in or expedite customs clearance

Customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.


6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders due to shipping restrictions or operational limitations
  • adjust shipping methods depending on destination requirements
  • limit delivery options during peak periods or logistical constraints

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

All delivery times are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • courier operations
  • customs clearance
  • weather or transport disruptions
  • peak seasonal periods
  • regulatory inspections

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.


8. ORDER DISPATCH & LIABILITY TRANSFER

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is considered fulfilled and dispatched.

After dispatch:

  • we are unable to amend shipping details
  • we are unable to cancel orders
  • responsibility for delivery lies with the courier and logistics providers

9. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

While we will assist in liaising with couriers where possible, Pure Tincture is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.


10. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
  • delays caused by address errors
