1. What is Pure Tincture Beauty
Pure Tincture is about pure organic beauty that works. All products are personally road tested before coming on board. Pure Tincture is run by a group of ladies with passion in skincare. Passion creates learning and constant learning makes us special in this area. We would not recommend any products that are not suitable for you. For assurance, we accept exchanges for any product(s) that cause an allergic reaction from the use of the product.

2. How do you choose your brands and products?
We have an inclination towards cult brands with potential rather than BIG brands with flashy displays. We believe that the people behind these cult brands are genuine in their making of good skincare with less focus on the bottom line. We look out first in the ingredients and founders philosophy. Follow by packaging, prices and independent review. Finally brand's reliability in terms of supply and delivery.

3. How do you test your products to make sure they work?
Once the ingredients have been scanned and passed our "clean" test. We will road test the products ourselves. In the panel, there are 5 ladies with different skin types/ conditons: Mature, dry, eczema, oily and normal. Effects, scent and texture will be noted to ensure the right recommendations area made.

4. Why should I become a member?
Being a member allows you to receive product credits, special offers, samples, new product alerts from Pure Tincture, plus personalized product recommendations based on your skin type and experience. You will automatically become a member from your 2nd purchase onwards.

2. What are Pure Tincture's hours of operation?
We are open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. SG Time, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and 10:30am to 6:00pm Singapore time Saturday. Very often we stay beyond the opening hours. Please call us 9857 7859 (Adelphi) / 91052345 (Tras)  to check. 

3. What is Pure Tincture's return policy?
We accept exchanges for any products that you are not happy about due to allergy or adverse reaction within TWO (2) weeks. We will require photos of skin reaction sent to us via email.  Returns made within ONE (1) week can be refunded via cash or cheque. If returns is made in 2nd week, we will issue credit. We asked that if you could kindly emailed us the reason so that we can improve on our service. Please note shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return is the result of a PureTincture's mistake) Strictly no returns are accepted after TWO (2) weeks from purchase. 

4. How do I return an item?
If you'd like to return an item, please call us at +65 6337 6411 or email us at cs[at] for further instructions. Please note shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return is the result of a Puretincture error).

5. Who do I contact for product information or questions?
Our Customer Service team is fully trained and familiar with the products. We are always happy to hear from you and help answer questions or just provide our opinion!

6. How do I place an order?
To place an order online, simply select the items you'd like to purchase, add to cart and go through the check out process. Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

7. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Paypal secured system. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to make payment. Bank transfer via UOB or DBS is accepted too. 

8. Do I have to register to place an order?
No, once you are ready to checkout, you have the option to checkout as a guest or enter your account information.

9. What if I forgot my password?
Already a member and forgot your password? Simply click on forgot my password on the login page found on the upper right side throughout the site. You will be prompted to enter your email and reset instructions will be sent to the specified email address.

Security Information

1. Are my transactions secure?
Pure Tincture uses industry standard SSL encryption (scrambling) to insure safe transmission of secure information. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. What do I do if I receive a Payment Processing Error?
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any errors that occur during payment processes.

Shipping & Tracking Information

1. When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise stated on the site, your order will ship within 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Normally, you will receive the products on the 1-2 working days.

2. Do you ship internationally?
We have shipped our products via local couier / Singapore Post to offer convenient, fast international shipping to the countries stated. Duration depends on advice given by courier company. Please find out more at delivery information 

3. What if I ordered an item that isn't in stock?
If for some reason an item is no longer in stock, a Pure Tincture customer service representative will contact you to provide you an estimate time of new stock arrival and advise on another recommended product. If there is no suitable replacement in terms of effects, we will not make the recommendation and will offer you a refund. 

4. Can I ship and bill to different addresses?
Yes, please just indicate in the order form

5. What shipping method is used?
All local orders are shipped using a local courier guy (reliable and good). Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the item's tracking information. For international shipping, international courier is our preferred choice, followed by Singapore Post Registered Parcel.

Facial Packages

1. Is facial package refundable?

Unfortunately facial package is NON-REFUNDABLE.  It is, however, transferable with the package holder consent. 

2. Is there any validity period for packages?

All packages are valid for 1 year from sign-up. We will be happy to extend the validity if you are stationed overseas. Kindly provide us proof of your absence.
