For stressed/ tired/ mature skin: Use the nectar once a day for 28 days (which is one cycle of the natural skin regeneration). Repeat this cycle at least 2 times a year.

For preventive measures: Start with 10 ampules (one daily) and than use it whenever you feel the skin needs additional care.  

Generally the nectar should be used on the skin after the toner.
