We accept returns if your skin reacted adversely to our products. You may return any item, excluding accessories, within 15 days of receipt for an exchange of other products, less shipping charges when applicable. If the value of the exchanged product is lesser than the original purchase, no refund will be given. If the value is greater, the excess needs to be paid.  For online purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and reply with your choice of product(s) that you wish to exchange to. 

To return an item, simply email us the reasons for returns, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible and ship via Singapore Post Speedpost or return personally to our boutique.
