returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy
with your purchase. We will only accept returns on items with a
receipt. To return or exchange a purchase, please visit us at Pure
Tincture within (1) one week of your purchase to process its
return or exchange. We are not unable to accept used skin, body and hair
care products after that period. We accept return/exchange products only
if products are damaged or defective, i.e. pumps not working, mislabeled
products, broken products or allergic reactions that customer’s has, i.e.
red spots or rashes within (1) one week of purchase. We would need you to
return these products back to us. Thereafter, we can issue you a refund in
a form of vouchers, credits or products to be used again in future orders.
