Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, from receipt of payment. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local orders are shipped via Singapore Post.  Local shipping is free on orders over SGD 50.00 . Free Shipping is not offered in combination with any other offer unless otherwise specified. Use of discounts and coupon codes may disqualify an order for free shipping. For orders less than SGD50, there is a nominal delivery fee of SGD6.00

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Overseas orders are shipped via FEDEX. A flat rate is charged for delivery to these countries:

Malaysia - SGD10.00

Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brunei, Japan, Thailand - SGD18.00

Australia and New Zealand - SGD 20.00

As part of our green commitment, your order may be shipped in recycled or biodegradable packaging or in boxes or material we received from incoming shipments.
