We accept returns if your skin reacted adversely to our products. You may return any item, excluding accessories, within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable.  Refunds must be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. For online purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

To return an item, simply email us the reasons for returns, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible and ship via Singapore Post Speedpost or return personally to our boutique.
