International Orders, Bank Transfer Payment & Free Delivery in Singapore
Most orders are shipped out from our facility within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, from receipt of payment. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are processed on the next working day The order will normally reach you within 1-3 days working day. If there should be any delay in shipment from overseas or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.
PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER (SINGAPORE ONLY)
Other than paypal, we accept payment via bank transfer to the following bank account: 121-192-322 POSB Savings. Please email your order to cs[at]puretincture.com with bank transfer transaction copy. We will take care of the rest.
SINGAPORE DELIVERY
Local orders are shipped via Singapore Post. Local shipping is free on orders over SGD 50.00 . Free Shipping is not offered in combination with any other offer unless otherwise specified. Use of discounts and coupon codes may disqualify an order for free shipping. For orders less than SGD50, there is a nominal delivery fee of SGD6.00
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Overseas orders are shipped normally shipped via Singapore Post Registered Post (International). A flat rate is charged for delivery to these countries:
Malaysia - SGD10.00
Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brunei, Japan, Thailand - SGD18.00
Australia and New Zealand - SGD 20.00
For the rest of the countries, please email us your order and we will reply with the shipping charges the earlist possible. Any online order made with the incorrect freight options will be contacted immediately for correction.
To enjoy monthly promotion (e.g. discount for purchases above $xx) that cannot be performed via our online purchase system, please email us your order and we will reply with instructions on the same day or next working day.
