We care about what we put on our skin. We do not take product claims or advertisements as they are. We like to know what we are paying for. That's why we read and try to get to know the ingredients that go into a bottle or tub of lotion or cream. We try to find out and do our own research on ingredient that we are unsure of. It's a tedious process but we feel it's worth it. After all, if we do not take care of our own skin and health, who will.

our love and passion

This love and passion for ingredient knowledge have revealed revelations about many commercial face and body products. We began to feel uneasy when using them, especially after reading the ingredients on the ingredient list of the product. We began to find that the skin and body products that are available within our shore do not meet our needs and expectations.
This is how Luvmist is born in 2005. We have renamed ourselves as Pure Tincture since April 2008.

organic skin care + non-comedogenic

As we search for skin care products from all over the world, we look for 100% natural, non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging) and organic skin care. We feel that it is just not enough to use natural + organic, it is also important to ensure that the ingredients do not clog the pores. These are the products that we feel are safe to use for long term and we want to share them with you. At Pure Tincture, you can shop with ease and trust knowing that our products are clean and will not cause any skin break-out.  All organic and sustainable products we carry are from companies who have clearly defined humane, ethical, and environmental policies ensuring the care of our planet and its inhabitants! And if there are products that we bring in that are not 100% natural but are effective in treating certain skin problems for short term, they will be stated in the website.
